Our Treatment Review Policy

Your results and safety are everything to us!

Dr. Hamilton's goal is always to get your treatment perfect on Day One by giving you the full, correct dose of toxin right at your initial appointment. Because of this, a follow-up visit isn't usually necessary for most of our patients.

However, if you feel you do need a minor adjustment, we follow a simple timeline to keep your results safe and long-lasting.

The 2-to-3-Week Window (Complimentary)

Neurotoxins take a full 14 days to completely kick in. If you feel you need a minor tweak to perfect your look, please reach out to book a review between Day 14 and Day 21. Any necessary adjustments during this specific window are entirely free of charge.

Why We Keep a 3-Week Limit

After 4 weeks, your body has fully absorbed the initial treatment, and your muscles will naturally begin their very gradual process of moving again over the coming months. Adding small "micro-doses" after this point isn't clinically recommended, as it can actually cause your body to build a resistance to the product over time.

Appointments After 3 Weeks

If you would like to add more product after your 3-week window has passed, we are more than happy to help! Because it falls outside the adjustment period, it will simply be treated as a new, paid session.

• Weeks 4 to 6: Billed as a minor, localized adjustment. Depending on how much product your muscles need, this will be charged as an extra area at €70 / £45

• Week 7 onwards: Billed as a full single area, as a higher amount of product is required to reset the naturally returning muscle movement at €280 / £175.
