Profhilo Structura is an injectable treatment designed to fix facial hollowing and sagging.
While the original Profhilo hydrates the skin’s surface, Structura goes deeper to target the fat layers that thin out as you grow older.

This advanced treatment was launched in London in June 2024. Dr. Mark is one of the first aesthetic specialists in Ireland & Northern Ireland to offer this service.
Over the past 16 months, he has been using Profhilo Structura in conjunction with the original Profhilo and getting fabulous results.
Profhilo Structura Clinical trials have shown 95% of patients noticed improvement in their mid-face area after completion of their two-part treatment.
Patient Assessment for Profhilo Structura

Sinker – These patients are slim and have hollowing in their face. Injecting in front of their ear will create a natural looking filling of the area.

Sagger – These patients have a rounder face with slight jowl formation and flatting of the cheek. Injecting along their cheek bone and in front of their ear, can achieve more natural re-shaping.
How many Profhilo Structura treatments are needed?
Dr. Mark recommends a course of two Profhilo Structura treatments, with the second treatment administered about 4 weeks after the first.
Maintenance treatments are recommended every 6 months.
Treatment takes 20 minutes. A topical numbing cream and local anesthetic is applied to the injection sites to minimize any pain.
You may have some redness at the injection sites for a few hours.
