Resume normal activities: You can go back to work and most daily routines immediatley after the procedure.

Avoid strenuous exercise: Refrain from intense physical activity for at least 24 hours

Limit heat exposure: Avoid hot showers, saunas, and hot tubs for 24 hours.

Don't touch or rub: Avoid touching, rubbing, or picking at the injection sites for a day or two.

Avoid alcohol and spicy foods: These can potentially exacerbate side effects like swelling or irritation.

Use Deoderant: You can use antiperspirants after a day or two to help manage sweating.

Follow up with your doctor: It's a good idea to follow up with your doctor in about two weeks to assess the results and address any concerns.
Are there any side effects?
