Dr. Mark always puts his patient’s well-being first and offers them honest advice without any upselling of treatments.
During consultations he takes his time to fully inform his patients about the benefits and possible side effects of the aesthetic procedure they are about to undertake.
It is important that patients are fully informed of the process of care required in performing aesthetic procedures. And, that they understand the risks associated with underlying medical conditions.
Dr. Hamilton believes that this can only be appropriately achieved by having a pre- treatment consultation with your specialist medical aesthetic practitioner who will prescribe and recommend the best treatment plan for you.
No two patients are the same and as such no two procedures are the same. Every one of his patients receive their own’ bespoke’ treatment plan.
Rather than focusing on just one area, Dr. Mark looks at your face and neck as a whole before you and he decide together on a treatment plan will give you the best version of yourself.
Duty Of Care
At every appointment Mark will perform a full assessment before any procedures are carried out. His aim is to always find the best treatment plan to meet his patients’ expectations. Sometimes this may NOT be the exact procedure they initially came in for as he is totally focused on their best medical and aesthetic interests.
At your pre-treatment consultation a discussion of various treatment options will take place and a product won’t be sold or administered if you are not considered suitable or completely confident about proceeding.
Patient Confidence
Dr. Hamilton uses only the most tried and tested prescription products in the industry. This is not only essential from a results perspective but also for patient safety.
Patient safety and optimum aesthetic results are at the core of his practice. Aftercare guidance and leaving his door open to patients to come back for reviews + tweaks has developed a very strong doctor patient trust in his clinics.
Delivering results that make every individual feel better about themselves and maintaining patient confidence is of the utmost importance to Mark.
This is proven by his many patients who continue to trust their face in his safe and experienced hands.
Working alongside Cosmetic Companies
Mark has worked in a consultant capacity with many cosmetic & pharmaceutical companies. He has actively been involved in clinical trials and studies which demonstrate the safety + efficacy of their products to patients.
